Depending on the selected package, SteroWeb may provide services including:

• ●managed website creation and ongoing management
• ●hosting and maintenance
• ●reasonable ongoing website updates
• ●enquiry forms and enquiry handling systems
• ●missed-call response functionality
• ●estimate calculator configuration
• ●Google Business Profile support where included
• ●quarterly Growth & Acquisition Reviews where included
• ●related digital setup and support described on the relevant sales or checkout page

The exact included service is the service described on the sales page and selected plan at the time you purchase. SteroWeb does not guarantee a particular number of leads, customers, revenue, Google rankings or conversion rates.

• ●£99 is charged when you join.
• ●£99 is then charged monthly until cancelled.
• ●There is no long fixed-term commitment on the monthly plan.
• ●You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next recurring payment.
• ●Cancellation does not normally retrospectively refund a billing period already started, unless required by law or specifically agreed by SteroWeb.

• ●£891 is paid upfront.
• ●This covers 12 months of the relevant service.
• ●The annual payment reflects the advertised 12-months-for-the-price-of-9 offer.
• ●The annual plan is a 12-month service period once purchased.

Renewal arrangements apply only where currently configured. If automatic annual renewal has not been explicitly configured, no automatic annual renewal applies.

The three-business-day timeframe starts only once SteroWeb has received all information, content, approvals and access reasonably required to complete the setup.

If SteroWeb misses the commitment for a reason within its reasonable control:

• ●monthly customers receive a £99 account credit against the next payment
• ●annual customers receive one additional month of service at no extra charge

Delays outside SteroWeb's control do not count, including:

• ●delayed client responses
• ●missing information
• ●missing account access
• ●domain or DNS propagation
• ●Google verification
• ●hosting or provider outages
• ●third-party platform delays
• ●other external technical delays

This is a service delivery promise, not a promise about rankings, leads or sales.

You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful:

• ●business information
• ●service information
• ●prices or pricing rules
• ●photos
• ●branding
• ●reviews or testimonials you have permission to use
• ●areas served
• ●access credentials where needed
• ●approvals and feedback

Delays in providing these may delay delivery.

• ●The calculator is configured using information supplied or approved by you.
• ●Calculator outputs are intended to be indicative estimates or price ranges unless otherwise expressly agreed.
• ●They are not automatically binding final quotations.
• ●You remain responsible for confirming the final price with your own customer.
• ●SteroWeb is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate pricing information supplied by you.

• ●You must have the right to use content, images, logos and testimonials you provide.
• ●You retain ownership of your original business content and branding.
• ●SteroWeb retains ownership of its underlying reusable systems, templates, software, workflows, components, methods and proprietary assets unless expressly transferred in writing.
• ●Customer-specific finished content may be used by you as part of the active service.

SteroWeb may use third-party providers for things such as hosting, domains, payments, messaging, email, CRM and enquiry systems, Google services, analytics and communications. SteroWeb cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of independent third-party platforms.

SteroWeb may structure websites and assist with Google Business Profile and local visibility work, but does not guarantee a particular Google ranking, first-page rankings, number-one rankings, or a particular number of visitors, enquiries or customers.

Reasonable ongoing website updates and support are included where stated in the selected plan. Normal edits and maintenance are included. Substantial rebuilds, entirely new projects, major custom development or work materially outside the purchased service may require a separate quote.

• ●Payment is taken through the payment provider shown at checkout.
• ●You are responsible for providing valid payment details.
• ●Recurring payments are taken according to the selected plan.
• ●SteroWeb may contact you if a payment fails.
• ●Service may eventually be paused if payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts to resolve it.

For monthly customers, cancellation may be requested before the next billing date. There is no long-term commitment. You can request cancellation by emailing hello@steroweb.co.uk or through another clearly available support route. There are no cancellation fees.

For annual customers, the upfront payment covers the agreed 12-month period.

Refunds or credits are handled where legally required, where expressly stated in the service promise, or where SteroWeb agrees one in the individual circumstances.

Service communications may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone where appropriate to fulfil or support the service. Marketing consent is not treated as automatically granted simply because someone becomes a customer.

To the extent permitted by law, SteroWeb is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses caused by matters outside its reasonable control, third-party failures or inaccurate client-supplied information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SteroWeb may suspend or terminate services in reasonable circumstances such as unlawful use, abusive conduct, repeated non-payment, or use of systems for spam, fraud or illegal activity. Where practical, SteroWeb will attempt to communicate and resolve the issue first.

These Terms may occasionally be updated. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated appropriately. SteroWeb will not retrospectively rewrite an existing agreement without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
